good chains, fit my craftsman mower well and gave me the traction I needed. Will agree with another reviewer... would be nice to have an extra cross chain or two where they hook together. As is they leave about a foot of the diameter of the tire with no cross chain.. so you get alittle slippage at that point. Would be nice if they came with tightners, but two old bungee cords did the trick.

I bought these chains for my snow blower equipped garden tractor with 20.10-8 sized wheels. The side chains were long enough to fit the tires, but there were not enough cross links. After installing, there was a large gap between the last cross links on the connecting ends of the side chains. There should have been 2 more cross links on each chain. I emailed SCC chain to see if I could get 4 cross links, but they do not sell replacement cross links. I would have returned them to Amazon had I known this before I needed them, but I hadn't installed them on the tires until after a 6" snow fall and I needed them for my 100' long graded driveway. I checked on the internet for replacement cross links, but 4 of them would cost almost as much as the full set from Amazon.
